Oh no! Sorry to hear your mango is missing. By reporting it we can cancel it to stop it being used by anyone else.

We’ll also be able to issue you a new mango and transfer any remaining credit. However, if your mango balance is at zero or less (as a negative balance), we’ll still cancel the mango so it can’t be used anymore, but we’ll be unable to issue you a new mango.

You’ll have to follow the simple steps to ‘add another mango’ within your online account. Once you have reported your card, it will take up to five working days for your new card to reach you and a £3 fee will be deducted from your account.

Please be aware that you will need to re-register for mango auto top-up on your new card. It will not transfer from your old lost / stolen card.
