Robin Hood Marathon 2017

Robin Hood Marathon temporary bus changes

Nottingham’s Robin Hood Marathon takes place on Sunday 24 September, which means there will be temporary changes on our routes that head to Nottingham.

Several road closures will be in place throughout the city to make way for the runners, this is expected to cause major traffic and delays. We advise you to plan your travel in good time.

indigo, i4, skylink express & skylink Nottingham

indigo, i4, skylink express and skylink Nottingham will all divert along Clifton Boulevard / A52 and will arrive at Friar Lane via Loughborough Road.
After 1pm indigo, i4, skylink express and skylink Nottingham will run their usual route, serving all stops.

the cotgrave, the keyworth, mainline & skylink express

the cotgrave, the keyworth, mainline & skylink express will all divert along Canal Street & London Road to reach usual city centre stops.

Between 9.20am & 10.20am, we'll be unable to serve Trent Bridge & Central Avenue, West Bridgford, Wilford & Edwalton due to London Road being closed.

After 1pm the cotgrave, the keyworth, mainline & skylink express will run their usual route, serving all stops.

red arrow & 20

Between 9am-1pm red arrow & the 20 will start and end journeys at the University Entrance South stop, customers travelling to Nottingham will have to transfer onto indigo or skylink. This will be in both directions.

Your tickets bought on red arrow or the 20 will be valid when transferring onto indigo and skylink. QMC will not be served during this time.

 the two

Between 9am-12pm the two will not serve stops on Wollaton Road or Ilkeston Road between Glaisdale Drive and Canning Circus.

All other buses will be unaffected, however they may get caught in traffic so we advise that you plan your travel in good time.
