Mercatum Christmas Artisan Market at Haddon Hall

Haddon Hall’s Mercatum Christmas Artisan Market returns this November, bringing together more than 125 independent artisans and makers for a festive shopping experience packed with handmade gifts, decorations, food and drink.

Set against the backdrop of historic Haddon Hall, it’s a chance to browse unique Christmas gifts, discover something a little different and soak up the festive atmosphere.

The first market takes place 11–15 November, with a second Christmas market following in December from 9–13 December.

Getting there on the sixes..

The sixes stops right outside Haddon Hall, making it easy to travel by bus from Derby, Bakewell and along the route.

There’s also a great reason to choose the bus. Visitors travelling by bus can take advantage of Haddon Hall’s Green Travel Ticket, with admission available for £10.50 per person when you provide evidence of your bus journey.

Your bus ticket, journey on the mango app or ticket stored in your wallet can be used as evidence of travel.

The markets are open from 9.15am until 4.30pm, so you can plan your visit around the sixes timetable and take your time exploring the stalls.
