🚧 Maid Marian Way works – overnight closures & diversions 🚧
Nottingham City Council is entering the final phase of improvement works at West End Point, including applying anti-skid coating to the tarmac.
This means a series of overnight road closures on Tollhouse Hill will affect several of our services over the coming weeks heading into Nottingham city centre.
Here’s what you need to know 👇
🔹 Thursday 18 September | 10pm – 6am
🚌 rainbow one & the two will divert via Talbot Street towards Nottingham city centre.
❌ Stops missed:
• Wollaton Street (Y5)
• Tollhouse Hill (Y7)
• Upper Parliament Street (U5)
🔹 Thursday 25 September | 10pm – 1am
indigo & i4 towards Nottingham will divert:
➡️ Derby Rd → Lenton Blvd → Castle Blvd → Maid Marian Way → Friar Lane
❌ Stops missed:
• Savoy Cinema
• Harrington Drive
• Seely Road
• Canning Circus
• Wollaton Street
• Tollhouse Hill
• Maid Marian Way
🔹 Friday 26 September | 1am – 6am
indigo, i4, mainline, skylink nottingham, skylink express, the cotgrave & the keyworth towards Nottingham will divert:
➡️ Derby Rd → Lenton Blvd → Castle Blvd → Maid Marian Way → MemSaab stop (M6)
❌ Stops missed:
• Friar Lane (all services)
• Beastmarket Hill (cotgrave)
• Mount Street (the keyworth)
📍 Services will terminate at Broadmarsh Bus Station
🔹 Monday 29 September | 10pm – 6am
indigo & i4 towards QMC / Beeston / Stapleford / Sandiacre / Long Eaton & Derby will divert:
➡️ Mount St → Maid Marian Way → Castle Blvd → Lenton Blvd → Derby Rd

• Cathedral
• Canning Circus
• Seely Road
• Harrington Drive
• Savoy Cinema
