On Friday 7 September we were crowned Derbyshire Business of the Year and we also picked up the Excellence in Customer Service award.
The Derbyshire Business Awards 2018 took place at Derby's Pride Park and we were one of 12 award winners announced on the night. Our decades of focus on enhancing the customer experience was the central theme of our nomination.
Every member of our 1,100-strong team shares a common goal of providing customers with really good service and exceeding their expectations.
Managing Director Jeff Counsell was presented with the Excellence in Customer Service and Derbyshire Business of the Year trophies, alongside colleagues from across the company.
