For all you real ale drinkers – and you novices too - we’ve got good news! The popular Derby Beer Festival is back is in town, and it all kicks off on Wednesday 10 July, through until Sunday 14 July at the Assembly Rooms. And, given the nice, summer weather (fingers crossed!), there’s even a beer tent – with a huge marquee taking over Derby Market Place for all that extra beer. You will be able to catch Mr. MANGO and team trentbarton will be there on Wednesday so make sure you come down and say hello. You never know - we may even have a few things to give away…

You can get to the Festival with ease with trentbarton and we’ve got buses running up to 3am on Friday and Saturday nights on most routes to & from Derby. If you’re planning making the trip from Nottingham, do it style and take flight on red arrow, take a look at the timetable here. 

When you board the bus, if you’ve got a CAMRA membership card, flash it to the driver for zigzag play and travel all day for just £4.50. All us lesser mortals can get a zigzag for £5 for unlimited travel after 9am (all day at weekends), and up to 5 can go with a zigzag group for £9.
