Thanks to a new version of our website that’s been specially adapted for viewing on mobile phones, customers now have bus times and route maps at their fingertips.
The website also has details of the latest ticket offers and improved top-up options for the one-in-four customers who pay for their bus fares using MANGO.
Alex Hornby, Commercial Director, explained: “We’re always trying to make life easier for our customers and now they can find the nearest stop, or the time of the next bus, wherever they are and at whatever time of day.
“Our website already attracts more than 56,000 hits each month and around half of them access it using a smartphone. This development will make it much easier to use when they’re on the go.”
The mobile-optimised website also includes a number of other useful features including a postcode search for easy route planning.
