New ticket set to be a fan favourite

Following Derby County's fantastic start to the new football season, fans have even more to celebrate with the launch of a new scheme offering discounted bus travel to home games.

A new ticket, launched by trent barton, offers supporters of the Championship club unlimited travel on match days for just £4.50.

What's more, the new zigzag play offers further savings for fans travelling in small groups, with a group ticket costing just £10 for up to five people of any age.

Derby County stars Ben Davies (left) and Steve Davies help to launch zig zag play at Pride Park.

Alex Hornby, Commercial Director, explained: "Whether you are travelling on your own or with family and friends, zigzag play offers a great way to save money on match days.

"More importantly it means that it's easier than ever to get to and from games without having to worry about parking or not being able to enjoy a drink before or after the match."

All fans need to do to take advantage of the offer is to show their ticket for the game, or their season ticket, when they board any bus on the trent barton network after 9.00am on match days.

Added Alex: "With bus stops within easy walking distance of Pride Park, we are sure the offer will prove a winner with fans."

Rams fans will not be the only people to benefit from the new ticket. Supporters of Nottingham Forest and Notts County can also take advantage of the scheme, as can holders of tickets for Nottingham Panthers games and events at the Capital FM Arena and Derby Live. Further venues are also expected to join the zigzag play scheme and further details can be found at here
