On Saturday 24 November, Spondon will host its annual Christmas light switch on, Spondon Alight.
This will affect the spondon flyer and ilkeston flyer. Between 1.30pm to 9pm, the following stops will be missed in both directions:
- Gascoigne Drive
- Sitwell Street
- Spondon White Swan
- Stoney Lane Cemetery - spondon flyer only
- The Pingle - spondon flyer only
- The Yarnspinner - spondon flyer only
- Chapel Street School - spondon flyer only
- Chapel Street Shops - spondon flyer only
- Moor Street - ilkeston flyer only
- Sancroft Road - ilkeston flyer only
This could cause delays of between 15-20 minutes depending on how much extra traffic there is. But don't worry, our friendly drivers will do their best to keep you moving.
