student mango verification



We love students. That's why we have a student mango to help our whizz kids make sweet savings on their travel.

To purchase, or to continue using, a student mango and take advantage of the juicy savings, students must confirm their student status with a valid academic email address ending in ac.uk

If you are a student with a valid academic email address:

  1. Log in to your mango account 
  2. Go to 'purchase a student mango'
  3. Verify your academic email address (ac.uk)
  4. Once you have verified your email address, you do not need to go further into the process of purchasing a new mango
  5. After verifying your email address, contact our customer service team; through Facebook, Twitter, email or by calling 01773 712265 and they will issue you a new student mango with any balance transferred over.

If you are no longer a student, but still have a student mango:

  1. Create a new mango account
  2. Once you have done this contact our customer service team; through FacebookTwitter, email or by calling 01773 712265 and they will issue you a new adult mango with any balance transferred over.
