Bus passengers travelling on the nines between Mansfield and Derby can look forward to a more frequent service thanks to further investment by trent barton.

The award-winning company has introduced a new timetable for its popular nines routes that also serve Ripley, Sutton, Alfreton and the East Midlands Designer Outlet.

Extra buses will now run at peak times between Ripley to Derby whilst improvements to the Sunday timetable between Derby and Mansfield will see frequency doubled to two buses every hour.
