Priory Roundabout will be closed each night from 8pm to 6am, from Monday 1 to Wednesday 3 June 2026 due to essential resurfacing works being carried out by National Highways. During this time, the i4 will need to divert.
During this time, the i4 will be diverted as follows:
➡️ Towards Stapleford, Sandiacre and Derby:
Buses will follow the normal diversion via University Boulevard, Woodside Road, then turn left at Priory Island to rejoin the normal route.
⬅️ Towards Nottingham:
After serving the Derby Road stop on the A52, buses will divert via Wollaton Road → Station Road → Queens Road → University Boulevard, then via Dunkirk Island and QMC Island before returning to the normal route.

- University North Entrance
