Temporary multi-way signals - A61 High Street, Clay Cross

From Monday 12 January until Friday 13 February, there’ll be multi-way temporary traffic signals on the A61 High Street, Clay Cross while Derbyshire County Council carries out pavement works at the Market Street junction and kerb works further down High Street for the car park entrance.

What does this mean for you?

  • Signals will be under full manual control from 7am to 7pm every day, including weekends and non-work days.
  • Priority will be given to A61 High Street traffic, so side roads may wait a little longer.
  • This will inevitably cause delays to the comet, so please allow extra time for your journey.

Our driving team will be doing their best to keep you moving in a challenging situation. Thanks for bearing with us while these essential works take place.
