From Monday 5 January until Friday 9 January, Bath Street in Ilkeston will be closed overnight for essential works between 7pm and 6am. This affects 33, 34, ilkeston flyer, and the two.
Heading towards Ilkeston?
- the two and ilkeston flyer – no changes, you’re good to go!
- 33 and 34 – after Tesco Island, we’ll take the 4th exit onto Manners Road (instead of the 3rd for Chalons Way), then the very next left onto Bath Street.
- We’ll still pick up at the two/flyer stop at the bottom of Bath Street, then turn right onto Pelham Street and back to normal route.
Heading towards Heanor or Cotmanhay?
- After Jackson Avenue, we’ll stay on Lord Haddon Road, then instead of turning onto Pelham Street, we’ll go straight to the junction, turn right onto Manners Road, and head to the island:
- 33 & 34 – first exit onto Heanor Road
- the two & flyer – second exit onto Granby Street
Then it’s back to normal route.
Stops we can’t serve during this closure:
- Pelham Street
- Bath Street (both ways)
- Albion Street
