Derby City Centre Resurfacing works

From Sunday 19th January until Friday 7th March roads within the Derby city center will be closed for resurfacing works. 

 

Due to this buses that operate between 20:00-05:00 will be affected. It will be done in 6 phases  

 

Phase 1a (19th January – 23rd January) 

 

Corporation Street, Full Street and Derwent Street

Please use the following 

 

The Allestree  

  • Inbound – Divert to Derby Bus Station via St Alkmund’s Way 

  • Derby Bus Station – Use Bay 4 with the Villager 

  • Outbound – Depart via Victora Street as normal  

 

H1 & The Nines 

  • Inbound – Divert to Derby Bus Station via St Alkmund’s Way 

  • Derby Bus Station – H1 use bay 23, Nines use bay 24 

  •  

    • Outbound – Depart via St Alkmund’s Way towards Meadow Road and Machine Mart to Stuart Street  

     

    Red Arrow & Skylink 

    • Derby Bus Station – Once the bus station is closed use the Coach Bays due to being unable to use the Morledge  

     

    The Sixes 

    • Inbound – Divert to Derby Bus Station via St Alkmund’s Way 

    • 00:15 6N – Use the Coach Bays due to being unable to use the Morledge  

     

    The Comet  

    • Inbound – Divert to Derby Bus Station via St Alkmund’s Way 

     

    i4 & Indigo  

     

    • Inbound – Divert to Derby Bus Station after Eastgate 

     

    The Mickleover, Swift, The Villager & V3  

    • Inbound – Divert to Derby Bus Station via St Alkmund’s Way 

    • Outbound – Depart via Victora Street as normal  

     

    X38  

    • Inbound – Depart via St Almund’s Way to Derby Bus Station to drop off
