From Monday 5th January to Friday 9th January 2026, Middleton Road will be closed for roadworks by Derbyshire County Council. This affects 6.1 the sixes and little sixes.
What’s changing?
During this time, little sixes and any 6.1 journeys serving Middleton will divert via Porter Lane in both directions.
Unfortunately, we won’t be able to serve the stop outside The Lime Kiln, but don’t worry – all stops along Cromford Road are just a short walk away and will still be served.
This will inevitably cause delays to little sixes and 6.1 the sixes. Our driving team will be doing their best in a challenging situation. Please allow extra time for your journey. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.
