We’ve just been informed that Nottingham City Council will be carrying out a bus stop refurbishment programme across the city centre — starting Monday 13 October.
The works will run daily from 8:00am to 4:30pm, and unfortunately, all operators (including us, CT4N and NCT) were given no prior notice.
🚌 Here’s when and where your usual stop will be closed — and where to catch your bus instead:
Monday 13 October – Beastmarket Hill (B1)
→ the cotgrave will use Mount Street (between X1 & X2)
Monday 27 October – Friar Lane (F3 & F4)
→ i4 and indigo will drop off outside the lighting shop on Maid Marian Way and pick up outside the casino on Mount Street
Tuesday 28 October – Friar Lane (F2)
→ mainline will use Mount Street (between X1 & X2)
Wednesday 29th October – Friar Lane (F1)
→ skylink Nottingham and skylink express will use Mount Street (between X1 & X2)
Monday 3rd November – Carrington Street (S5 & S6)
→ All inbound services will use the taxi rank opposite the railway station.
Tuesday 4th November – Carrington Street (S4)
→ In agreement with NCT, we’ll use stop S7 outside the railway station.
Wednesday 5th November – Carrington Street (S7)
→ NCT will share stop S4 with us.
We know this short notice is frustrating — and we’ve shared our disappointment with the council.
Thanks for bearing with us while these changes are in place.
