From Monday 16 February at 7.30am until Monday 9 March, Pinxton Lane / Alfreton Road in South Normanton will be closed for major improvement works being carried out by Derbyshire County Council.
This will affect the nines 9.3, with a diversion in place for the duration of the closure.
These works include:
- construction of a new section of road at the entrance to Pinxton Lane
- road widening
- full resurfacing
During the closure, the nines 9.3 will follow a diversion route running non-stop along the A38 past East Midlands Designer Outlet then running down Pinxton Lane & Brookhill Lane.
Stops along Victoria Road & Whalf Road will still be able to be served as normal.
Bus Stops we can’t serve
The following bus stops will be closed throughout the works:
- Mansfield Road
- Alfreton Road (A38 Bridge)
- Paddocks Close
- West End
