win a year’s free travel at the Great Notts Show

Visitors at this week’s Great Notts Show can play MANGO BINGO for a chance to win a year’s free bus and tram travel, thanks to sponsors trentbarton and NET.

The prize of a year of unlimited free travel is just one of the many reasons to visit the fifth Great Notts Show, in Nottingham city centre from Thursday 22 September to Sunday 25 September.

Ten mangoes can be spotted at the stalls and other free Great Notts Show attractions. Players can pick up a MANGO BINGO card from trentbarton’s stand (or download one from the trentbarton facebook page trentbarton land) and get playing. Spot all the mangoes, mark where they are on the card and each successful player will be entered for the prize draw.

Jordan Kemp, marketing & communications manager at trentbarton, said: “Over the last five years the Great Notts Show has grown into a fantastic event that celebrates the best that Nottinghamshire has to offer. “MANGO has been the county’s favourite travel card for nearly eight years, so we’re pleased to be partnering with a local show and supporting the community.”

Jamie Swift, NET Head of Marketing, said: “The Old Market Square is at the heart of the city so getting to the event on the bus or tram with your MANGO will be cheap and easy. “We have lots of treats lined up for MANGO customers at the event, and one lucky person will be winning a year’s free bus and tram travel.”

Both sponsors carry thousands of commuters to and from the city every day and thought it would be an excellent opportunity to join in the celebrations of what will be a great four fun packed days.

The Great Notts Show is situated in the heart of Nottingham City Centre, taking over the Old Market Square, King and Queen Street, Long Row and Smithy Row. Every year around 120,000 visit the show to sample foods and purchase local produce from over 130 exhibitors, along with three themed bars, real ale, prosecco and cocktails and a double decker Bus Bar. With live music running through the whole of the four days, it is a great event to come along and celebrate all the things that are great about Nottingham and Nottinghamshire.

MANGO, which can be used on trentbarton buses as well as the tram, offer users cheaper fares than the standard price in addition to a host of other benefits including speedy boarding, online management, and daily, weekly and 28 day caps.
