Tom Morgan

Director of Service Delivery, Tom, took up the post in March 2015 after being General Manager at our sister company, Kinchbus since 2012. Whilst there, he helped the Loughborough operator go from strength to strength as well as being named as 'Young Bus Manager of The Year'.

Tom has a keen eye for detail and puts a strong emphasis on customer service. Tom likes to include the entire delivery team in his work to ensure we maintain our reputation as the really good bus company.

When he's not adding to his extensive Ralph Lauren shirt collection or chasing eggs, you can find Tom at the cricket. He may even be dressed as Kaptain Kinch.

Former vehicle signwriter Kurt Cappello is Ilkeston born and bred (or good old Ill'son, as the locals would say), so he is right in his element as operations manager. Outside of work, he is a proud Dad to son Leo, who often points at the big yellow things travelling through the town as "Daddy's buses". Aawwww!

Steve started with trentbarton back in 2010, and after passing through the academy, and hit the road on the two in Ilkeston.

He's now service delivery manager at Derby, and can often be seen behind the wheel seeing the service and speaking to customer first hand.

Aaron Taylor

Snooker Ace Aaron has his eye on the ball as Team Leader for the Derby-Burton X38 and the award-winning harlequin, serving Heatherton. Not content with that, he also takes care of the mickleover and villager.

He likes to holiday in warmth and luxury which, you may be surprised to know, takes him even further afield than Uttoxeter. He rates his best so far as Miami and Canada, if only for the beautiful weather and dramatic scenery. So, not too different to what we’re used to in trentbarton land then.
