Tom Morgan

Tom Morgan

Director of Service Delivery, Tom, took up the post in March 2015 after being General Manager at our sister company, Kinchbus since 2012. Whilst there, he helped the Loughborough operator go from strength to strength as well as being named as 'Young Bus Manager of The Year'.

Tom has a keen eye for detail and puts a strong emphasis on customer service. Tom likes to include the entire delivery team in his work to ensure we maintain our reputation as the really good bus company.

When he's not adding to his extensive Ralph Lauren shirt collection or chasing eggs, you can find Tom at the cricket. He may even be dressed as Kaptain Kinch.

Vitto Pizzuti

Vitto Pizzuti

After years on the calverton connection, Vitto Pizzuti (a fine old Nottinghamshire name) is now our Operations Manager at Nottingham depot. Son of one of the best cake makers in the business and brother to the daftest bus driver in the business, he keeps cool in the hottest of situations and names his role in the launch of the threes in 2012 as one of his proudest moments.

Mind you, even we could beat him at 'Call of Duty', but considering more serious business, we hear that Vitto has just bought his first house - so it looks like there is a wise old head on those ever-youthful shoulders after all...

Aaron Irwin

Aaron Irwin

Gentle Giant Aaron Irwin is a proud son of Belfast, Northern Ireland, and is Service Delivery Manager for our Broadmarsh depot. Don’t let his unassuming manner fool you – what he doesn’t know about those buses probably isn’t worth knowing, and he prides himself in doing right by his customers and by his team.

We hear that Aaron is a roleplay video game fanatic, and we can also report that his girlfriend, Leeann, has joined us as a driver on my15. So, best behaviour at work too Aaron, whether you like it or not!

Dave Baker

Dave Baker

Our 2012 Driver of the Year Dave Baker likes a bit of vroom, vroom. Given that he drives our biggest vehicles – our indigo buses between Derby & Nottingham, it’s probably appropriate when he says he likes “anything with an engine and the bigger, the better”, from touring cars and F1 to traction engine rallies and truck racing.

On the job, whilst Dave loves a sing-song with his customers – he’s an even happier boy wandering around aimlessly on a beach holiday. And he’s got all the time in the world for his two babies – his ZT and TF (did we mention he liked motoring?)… not to mention his little dog Max. See, he’s a little softie really.
