It doesn't matter if you use the bus every day or every now and then, mango gives you a saving of at least 10% off the single cash fare for every journey you make, and never more than the cost of a zigzag if you ride all day*. With this smart little card it works out that you'll never pay more than £32 over 7 days, or £99 over 28 days in a row.

*There is a daily maximum charge of £5.95 after 9am. Once you have reached this amount no more credit will be deducted from your mango no matter how much more you travel. If you start your travel for the day before 9am, the maximum charge within a 7 day period will be £32, and £99 within 28 days.

Paying by cash for a single fare is the most expensive option. You can buy single tickets direct from our drivers.

If you're going to be travelling often, mango or saver will give you the best price.

If you'll be making mulitple trips in the same day, zigzag plus may be the best option.

adult zigzag

zigzag is our really good unlimited travel ticket, that means you can travel anywhere across trentbartonland all day for £6.60. Just buy a zigzag on the first bus you travel on and go anywhere you want.

zigzag can only be purchased after 9am Mondays to Fridays and after 4am on weekends and Bank Holiday Mondays. They remain available to purchase for the rest of the day up to 12am midnight. After purchase, zigzag can also be used for the rest of the day up to 12am midnight.  

Out all night? Upgrade your zigzag to a zigzag plus upgrade for an extra £3.50. That means you can still travel until 4am. 

zigzag can't be used on skylink Derby or Arriva X38.

Going before 9am? You can upgrade any zigzag to a zigzag plus for an extra £3.50. That means you can also use it on skylink Derby and Kinchbus in Loughborough.

Available for 7 days (buy on the bus) and also for 28 days or 12 months in 3 zones in and around Nottingham and for travel right across trentbartonland.  Can also be used on night buses until 4am.
