A52 QMC ISLAND RE-OPENING FOR 2-WAY TRAFFIC SATURDAY 2ND MAY 2026
With the A52 between QMC Island and Priory Island reopening for two-way traffic from 06:00 Saturday 2nd May 2026. All bus stops will be open but North Entrance inbound will still be closed due to works taking place, we don’t have a date when this stop will be reopened as of yet.
There will be weeknight overnight closures in both directions between 20:00 and 06:00 on each night for the next three weeks. Tuesday 5th May – Friday 8th May 2026, Monday 11th May 2026 – Friday 15th May 2026 and Monday 18th May 2026 – Friday 22nd May 2026.

Keyworth Square closure
Due to essential utility and maintenance works being carried out by Severn Trent Water, the Square in Keyworth will be closed from 08:00 on Monday 11 May until 18:00 on Tuesday 12 May.

Castle Donington Bus Station Bay Closure
Due to urgent repair works on the my15 bay at Castle Donnington Bus Station, the service will be diverted from Wednesday 29 April until Friday 1 May 2026. Normal routes are expected to resume once the works are completed.
